Road Scholars valuable resource across state

Road Scholars Speakers Bureau is an integral part of programs for Alabama Humanities Foundation. Designed to educate and entertain, these programs are presented by some of Alabama’s most enlightening university and independent scholars.

Each year, these scholars crisscross the state, presenting programs and lectures on a variety of humanities topics, speaking at libraries, special events and historical and civic group meetings for a nominal fee of only $50 through Alabama Humanities Foundation.

A list of scholars and their presentations along with booking information may be found under Programs on this site.

You may browse by scholar or by subject, and booking information as well as an online form to book a program is available in the Road Scholars section.

For more information or questions about the program, contact Programs Director Dionne Clark, 205-558-3999 or dclark@alabamahumanities.org.
