Presented by Nancy Grisham Anderson, associate professor of English and director of Actions Build Community, Auburn University–Montgomery
Harper Lee is best known for her 1960 novel, To Kill a Mockingbird, but she had many other talents and interests. This presentation will introduce some of the lesser-known facets of her life and career: short published prose narratives (all are available online), drawings, letter writing (to friends and editors), and dramatic adaptions (3 play scripts and one movie).
