Statewide feature focuses on Humanities fellow as guest writer
This is Alabama featured one of four noted figures with Alabama ties – Kamau Bell, Nimrod T. Frazer, Cassandra King and Myron Thompson – who will be inducted into the inaugural class of Alabama Humanities Foundation Fellows Oct. 2 at The Club at 11:30 a.m. Best-selling author King wrote about storytelling, a subject she knows intimately, noting that three of her five novels are set in Alabama, where she grew up on a peanut farm in Dothan.
